A FUN UNIQUE TRAINING:

Welcome to Holman HR's two hour online California Supervisor Sexual Harassment Prevention Training. Now managers and supervisors can have fun while at the same time completing their California mandatory training requirements. With our HR Fun & Stuff© approach your staff will listen, learn, laugh and obtain all the information they need to know regarding all the issues pertaining to harassment and discrimination on the job. Created by an employment attorney, our training is extensive covering all aspects of both California and federal law. We use funny video examples of employment scenarios to depict the concepts your managers and supervisors need to know. The training is comprehensive and interactive requiring each trainee to complete the entire two hour training and take the mandatory quiz at the conclusion of the session.

SOPHISTICATED COMPLIANCE CONTROLS:

With the Holman HR online training, you can rest assured that your staff have met their state mandated requirements. Our system monitors the entire training requiring the trainee to respond to automated random prompts in order to continue with the training. Failure to respond to the prompt within a fixed time will require the individual to start over. This ensures that each individual taking the training watches the full two hour presentation and completes the quiz which is only available after viewing the entire training.
After taking the quiz each individual must also review and respond in either the affirmative or negative to a 3-part acknowledgment covering the following:

1. that the trainee has received a copy of your anti harassment policy,
2. that the trainee has watched the entire training, and
3. whether they are aware of any existing situations on the job pertaining to harassment and or discrimination that have not been resolved.

Both you and the trainee will automatically receive an email notifying you of the successful completion and a Certificate of Completion as well and Holman HR maintains a record of all successfully completed trainings on our secure servers.

You will need to install Microsoft Silverlight to participate in online training. Microsoft Silverlight is a free web-browser plug-in that enables interactive media experiences. Silverlight works on all major OS's plus all major browsers, including Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, and yes, Internet Explorer. Get SilverLight here
