POSITION DESCRIPTIONS:

 

Human Resources Consultant

 

Due to our growth, we are currently contracting with Human Resources Consultants (HRC) for selected areas throughout the United States.  Using your experience and business acumen you will provide real HR solutions to businesses of all sizes and industries for problems such as wage and hour, leave and employee relations. 

 

Our HRC must be able to nurture the relationship with our clients and become an integral part of their team.  The HRC must show the value of HR by providing services and initiatives that meet our clients’ ongoing business objectives.

 

 

Trainers

 

We are also looking for Trainers to provide supervisory training on topics such as Sexual Harassment, Performance Management, Interviewing and more to our clients.  

 

Our trainings are fun and we are looking for HR pros who can bring an energy and playfulness to the job.

 


QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Human Resources Consultant

 

HRC responsibilities include regular interaction at the executive or owner level. Since you will regularly interface with multiple tiers of management, we require strong interpersonal and relationship building skills based on integrity and trust. This high profile opportunity demands previous Human Resources experience in a consultative setting. Ideal candidates have a high achievement orientation, drive, determination and dedication towards accomplishing their goals.

 

Trainers

 

The Trainer must meet our minimum qualifications and have the required expertise to be considered.  In addition, Trainers must be able to provide laptop, projector and speakers as not all of our clients have the equipment needed for our particular training format.

 

The successful candidates for both positions will be:

 

·      Knowledgeable in all facets of Human Resources such as, without being limited to,  Federal and State Discrimination and Harassment Law, Labor Codes, Leave Laws, Employee Relations, etc.;

·      An independent self-starter with a strong personality and positive attitude;

·      Professional in both attire and communication skills;

·      Accomplished in dealing with individuals in top management positions;

·      Articulate; and

·      Polished in their presentation skills;  

 

Requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent and minimum five to eight years of HR Generalist experience. SPHR/PHR certification and bilingual preferred.
